This is the second amended complaint regarding the VACANCY in the
Office of Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao as the result of November 5, 2024
Recall of Mayor Sheng Thao from office.

The legal opinion of City Attorney Barbara Parker is laden with 
Inaccuracies of how to proceed with filling the interim VACANCY;
requiring the intervention of the Attorney General in this matter
pursuant to Government Code 1099/ Civil Code of Procedure section 803.
